The location is exceptional and the property is new/modern. Surrounded by convenience store/ restaurants and close by a station. It is located in a quieter area, but at a walking distance from a lively neighborhood. I enjoyed my stay!

Very good location, super fast checkin and free soft drinks. Contrary to previous reviews they now have wifi in all the rooms.

The room was a good size for 1 or 2 guests, clean and provided everything I needed as a safe base location while I was sightseeing around Tokyo. It's close enough from central Shinjuku to walk if coming back late, and access is 24hour. I would happily stay here again on future trips!

Only stayed for one night but it was very inexpensive when I booked especially considering the size of the bed, room and cleanliness of the facilities. The location is very convenient with a family mart directly across from the accommodation. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff was nice. Store luggage is available. The room is big enough to open 2 luggage ( 1big and 1small) and very clean. There is free mini bar in the fridge that was amazing. The location is perfect. 10 mins walk from center of Shinjuku or there subway station near by.

Extremely close to the transit, made traveling to all the attractions very easy. It’s also right in front of the National Gardens, while we didn’t get a chance to venture out, its only 3-5 minute walk. My sister and I also appreciate the Family Mart right in-front. I would recommend.

Great location. Beds very comfortable. Could use a table in the room to eat, hooks in bathroom to hang clothes/robes. Nita big deal. Staff was very nice. We look forward to coming back on our next trip.
