I was in Floor 5. It’s very cosy, quiet and has everything necessary (towels, toothbrush, shampoo/shower gel, kettle, Hairdryer, bathrobe, little fridge and table. Even a big TV). There were books in japanese language in the wardrobe which I find very sweet. I arrived early and could store my luggage for free until check-in. Most of the staff could talk english.

The location is exceptional and the property is new/modern. Surrounded by convenience store/ restaurants and close by a station. It is located in a quieter area, but at a walking distance from a lively neighborhood. I enjoyed my stay!

This was my second time staying here and it was just as good as the first time! I really like the location of the hotel and I find it to be really reasonably priced. It’s a short, easy walk into the main Shinjuku area and the subway entrance is just round the corner so great transport links. The room was very spacious, clean and had all the necessary amenities. As like the last time I stayed the staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay again and if any of my friends tell me they’re coming to Tokyo I tell them about this place!

The hotel is in an excellent location and has a subway station about 1 minute away. It’s a short, direct walk into the main Shinjuku area but so easy to get to other places in the city due to all the transportation links around too. The staff were so friendly and helpful too. When we arrived in Tokyo we were far too early for the stated check-in time but we were able to leave our luggage to go and explore. When we returned at night after a long day and checked in, it was a lovely surprise to be told our bags had already been taken up to our room for us! The room was really spacious for two people and very comfortable - exactly as shown in the photos advertised. Very modern and clean too with lots of different amenities. The hotel has a lovely cafe attached to it too which did amazing drinks, cakes and parfaits. I will definitely be back to Tokyo in the future and would absolutely look to stay here again. It was great value for money and much bigger than other hotel rooms advertised in the same area, at a cheaper price too when we booked! We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel in Tokyo!

The location was brilliant, just tucked away from the busy, loud centre of Shinjuku but still in walking distance and close to the metro. The room was a suitable size for a couple, very clean and bathroom was spacious. The staff member even let us check in early as we arrived in the morning, which was so kind and unexpected! We would’ve stayed again on our return to Tokyo but unfortunately it was already booked out. It’s a very well priced accomodation as well, considering room size, style and location. We will definitely stay again next trip 😊

It was the best location for the area I wanted to be in. It was right across from Family Mart and just around the corner from the subway and walking distance to Shinjuku Gyoen and Shinjuku station. It was quiet at night even though it was surrounded by restaurants. Super convenient.

The property is well located the room we had is small but it is clean and comfortable . The staff are really friendly and very helpful. There are plenty of eating options nearby and it is not far from the station.

The room that I had booked was the perfect size for a solo traveler. In fact, I would say that it was generously larger than normal compared to other hotel/inn rooms in Japan, especially in a very crowded city that is Tokyo. The location was perfect for me, too, as it was located next to Shinjuku Gyo-en (Shinjuku Gyo-en National Garden), which is not even a few meters away from the inn. On top of that, it is practically located within the heart of Shinjuku, the epicenter of Central Tokyo, which, for tourists, makes it an excellent location to get around specific scenic areas in that part of the city. Lastly, the service was wonderful, and the staff being nothing but professional and friendly.

The concierge were very cute and accommodating. Everyone is very nice. I asked for my room to be cleaned even after certain cleaning hours and they would assist me as much as possible. It was very nice that they also take your packages. I ordered small parcels and they all received it for me and gave it to me instantly. The rooms were cute and there is 6 floors. I stayed on the fifth. I heard the street very clearly but that’s ok. If you are a light sleeper it’d be slightly more difficult for you to fall asleep. I got alcohol one time and they let me drink it up stairs which is very lovely of them, I just brought the cup back down stairs once I am done. I would stay here again, the staff are all really nice and welcoming. I stayed for a lengthy time and everyday I felt they were consistently all very sweet and accommodating.
